in Postville, Iowa, Northeast Iowa RC&D, Inc. is a local non-profit
organization dedicated to rural and economic development in the
counties of Allamakee, Buchanan, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and
Winneshiek. Like RC&D's across the country, we work assisting
individuals, organizations, and communities to make ideas become
reality through planning, organizational, grant-writing and other
forms of assistance. |
