We believe that the people, communities, and landscapes of Northeast Iowa deserve quality technical support, eloquent and informed advocacy, and professionals that can tailor their approach to addressing our region’s unique challenges and opportunities.
We provide our communities with a wide range of technical assistance services, including grant application and administration, research and planning, meeting facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and non-profit development. We have helped communities secure funding for community centers, trail systems, park development projects, stormwater runoff infrastructure, and childcare facilities, to name a few.
We prioritize including diverse community representatives in all project phases, knowing that the most successful and long-lasting work happens when citizens and leaders are engaged and respected.
